Welcome home

Acme Demo HOA

A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood with a pool, parks, trails and plenty of neighbors to wave to.

About our neighborhood

A place to put down roots

Acme Demo is a community of 412 single-family homes built between 2015 and 2021, tucked between two greenbelts on the east side of Anytown. Wide sidewalks, mature trees and a calendar full of events make it easy to get to know your neighbors.

The homeowners association is run by a volunteer board and a professional management company. Together they care for the common areas, keep the amenities in great shape and protect everyone's home values.

  • 412 homes
  • Resort-style pool
  • 2.5 miles of trails
  • Lighted pickleball courts
  • Playground & pavilion
  • Award-winning schools
